We are seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is vital for the smooth operation of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and material handling. You will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent Lifting , standing, and walking. Strict adherence to all company Safety protocols and the mandatory use of PPE are essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage orders for shipment and load outbound trucks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Organize and maintain inventory within the distribution center.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear all required PPE , including safety shoes and vests.
- Support overall warehouse Logistics and operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Must be able to wear required PPE consistently.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of Logistics principles.
