This role is the backbone of our order fulfillment process, ensuring our customers receive their products accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect products for damages and ensure quality before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment according to carrier guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to **safety** standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all company policies, including **PPE** requirements and **lifting** guidelines.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets for picking and packing.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall **logistics** flow.
- Conduct basic quality checks on products being picked and packed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order details and product information.
- Proficiency with scanning equipment is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of **lifting** up to 40 pounds repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to follow **safety** procedures and wear required **PPE**.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of basic **logistics** principles.
