We are looking for energetic Distribution Center Associates to join our facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain network. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This position demands physical stamina, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and protocols, including the use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Perform tasks requiring lifting of items up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Support the broader logistics functions of the distribution center.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
