We are looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our logistics network, involving a variety of warehouse functions. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will participate in receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. You will handle inventory with care, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, including the consistent use of PPE and adherence to all company safety standards and procedures. You will work within a team-oriented environment, contributing to the overall productivity and success of the distribution center. This role involves physical activity, including regular Lifting, and requires you to be on your feet for extended periods. Your contribution is crucial to ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming inventory.
- Stocking merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Accurately picking items for customer orders.
- Packing orders securely for safe transit.
- Preparing shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
- Operating warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Following all established safety regulations and procedures.
