We are looking for a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This position is vital to our **logistics** operations, managing the flow of goods in and out of our facility. You will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, inspecting for damage, and stocking inventory. On the shipping side, you will pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires physical stamina, including frequent **Lifting** (up to 50 lbs), standing, walking, and bending. A strong commitment to **safety** is essential; you will be trained on and expected to follow all **safety** procedures and wear the provided **PPE**.
