We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Professional to join our team as a Line Cook. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence in the culinary arts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail and a focus on presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience and/or training in a fine dining establishment.
  • Prior experience in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management preferred.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays required, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules as needed.
  • Must attain a valid San Diego County Food Handler certification upon hire and maintain it throughout employment.
