Culinary Leadership Opportunity
Manage a team of hourly staff and assist with day-to-day kitchen operations as a Sous Chef. Lead the team in the Executive Chef's absence, maintain consistency in presentation and flavor, and handle obstacles under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train line cooks to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared consistently.
- Manage inventory and make recommendations for ordering supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet health and safety standards.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of progressive culinary experience, preferably in a lead cook or Sous Chef position.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and train your team.
- A dynamic, innovative approach to food preparation and presentation.
