We're seeking a skilled culinary professional who is hands-on, creative, and possesses Korean culinary expertise. This key position works closely with ownership to maintain high culinary and food safety standards, ensure seamless service delivery, and innovate seasonal menu offerings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee kitchen operations during peak service periods.
  • Maintain high-quality food presentation standards and consistency.
  • Effectively manage prep schedules, product rotation, and inventory levels.
  • Promote and uphold DOH sanitation standards, ensuring optimal compliance.
  • Train, mentor, and support back-of-house team members.
  • Contribute to innovative menu development (Korean-fusion tapas, bar snacks, brunch concepts, seasonal dishes).
  • Assist in creating plating guides, portion specifications, and recipe documentation.
  • Craft specials that highlight creativity while aligning with the brand identity.
  • Strategically manage food costs and waste control initiatives.
  • Collaborate with ownership on ordering, vendor relationships, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure equipment maintenance and communicate repair needs effectively.
