As a key member of the culinary team, the Chef de Cuisine will collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu design, recipe development, and creative concepting.
They will be responsible for monitoring product mix, adjusting dishes based on trends, seasonality, and guest feedback.
Additionally, they will utilize tools like SpotOn and MarginEdge to track inventory, manage costs, and ensure efficient purchasing practices.
