About

Chef de Cuisine

Lead a team of culinary professionals in our kitchen and maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, consistency.

  • Oversee all kitchen operations: menu development, food preparation, plating
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls to meet business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues on seasonal menu changes and special events

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of culinary experience; at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proven track record of maintaining food cost and labor efficiency
