Job Description:
This is a leadership role responsible for managing kitchen staff, creating menus, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills.
- Develop and execute menu plans that meet business objectives
- Manage kitchen staff including training, development, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Control costs and optimize resource utilization
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years industry experience and 2 years of management experience
- An exceptional tastemaker with a passion for creating delicious food
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of scheduling, costing, and financials
- Passion for hospitality and excellent customer service
