About
We are seeking a Concessions Culinary Supervisor to join our team in Boston. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Cook and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will supervise all team members, ensure food preparation meets quality standards, and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen. They will also be responsible for opening, closing, and side work duties, as well as partnering with team members to satisfy guests.

No degree is required, but candidates must have at least two years of experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities:Food Preparation and Presentation: Ensure that all prepared foods meet high-quality standards and are presented in an attractive manner.
Culinary Leadership: Supervise a team of culinary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Service Excellence: Partner with other team members to provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years' experience as a line cook, preferably with supervisory experience
- Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
