Chef Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations, directing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and plating. He/She must possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of cooks and support staff to achieve our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the culinary team, providing guidance and direction to ensure excellent service delivery
• Develop and implement menus that showcase our unique Tex-Mex cuisine
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
• Direct and coordinate all aspects of kitchen operations, including production, prep, and special events
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 10 years of progressive culinary experience, with 5 years in senior management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• A valid food safety certification
