Key qualifications include:
- A culinary degree or equivalent experience;
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners;
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to prioritize workload and work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
