We are seeking an experienced Prep Cook to join our high-volume, fine dining kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants (preferably) and a culinary diploma or equivalent experience.
- Cooking in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Following executive or sous chef's instructions.
This is a high-energy role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. Our kitchen environment is fast-paced and demanding, but it's also rewarding for those who thrive in this type of setting.
