The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in menu development, team management, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the culinary team with confidence and positivity, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.
• Develop menus that are grounded in nutrition and cultural flavor, appealing to a diverse range of customers.
• Create systems and processes to support the growth and scaling of the business, including training tools and inventory management.
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including ordering, costing, inventory management, scheduling, and recipe development.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
• Bring opening experience to help us launch successfully, leveraging expertise to drive success from day one.

Qualifications:

• 3 years in a leadership role, with a strong background in culinary arts and restaurant management.
• Opening experience preferred, with a proven track record of success in launching new restaurants or menus.
• Strong administrative and operational skills, with experience in managing budgets, staff, and resources.
