*Position Overview:*
We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, administering medications, and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
*Responsibilities:*
* Assess the health needs of residents and develop individualized care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor residents' condition and report any changes to the nursing supervisor.
* Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and IV therapy.
* Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed.
* Educate residents and their families about their medical conditions and treatment plans.
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing nursing home facilities.
*Qualifications:*
* Valid LPN license in the state of WI.
* Previous experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting preferred.
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* CPR certification (preferred but not required).

Pay: Up to $41.15 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
