Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detail Department Supervisor to oversee the operations of our detailing team. This full-time, on-site position is based in Vancouver, BC, at our premier Porsche dealership. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating detailed cleaning and restoration of vehicles, maintaining high-quality service standards, training and developing detailing staff, managing schedules, ensuring workplace safety, and collaborating with the service department to meet customer expectations and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to train, mentor, and supervise a team.
  • Experience or knowledge in automotive detailing processes, techniques, and products.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in vehicle presentation and cleanliness.
  • Organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and customers.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment.
  • Previous experience in leadership within an automotive or detailing environment is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
