As an Account Director, Group Savings and Retirement, you will play a key role in expanding Group Savings and Retirement activities in Quebec by developing strategic partnerships and supporting the achievement of business development objectives.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your sales expertise, business relationship skills, and autonomy. Passionate and engaged in your field, you will leverage your presentation talents, strong sales acumen, and proven interpersonal skills to deliver dynamic presentations to potential clients and contribute to the development of growth strategies tailored to the Quebec market. What you'll accomplish with us
As an Account Director, Group Savings and Retirement, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Represent iA Financial Group with conviction at industry events.

  • Deliver training and sales presentations on group savings and retirement products.

  • Establish and develop strong business relationships with the distribution network to promote our group savings and retirement solutions.

  • Deliver and strategically position our proposals in the market.

  • Contribute to the development of our service offering in collaboration with all departments, considering market realities.

  • Achieve annual sales objectives.

What could accelerate your success in this role
We're looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for their leadership qualities and ability to positively influence partners.

  • Stands out for their aptitude for sales and presentations, as well as strong judgment.

  • Demonstrates a great ability to prioritize issues strategically and navigate complex environments.

  • Is recognized for being results-oriented and skilled at building lasting business relationships.

  • Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in group savings and retirement, institutional investments, or other relevant experience, as well as at least 5 years in a sales role in financial services.

  • Holds a FICA, FSA, or CFA designation (an asset).

  • Advanced knowledge of French, as the role requires using French daily for presentations, meetings, and developing francophone leads with a bilingual clientele.

  • Advanced knowledge of English, as the role requires using English daily for presentations, meetings, and developing anglophone leads with a bilingual clientele.
