Meal Prep For You is seeking a motivated and personable Customer Relations Representative to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers—supporting them with orders, menu questions, subscription guidance, and general inquiries. You will play a key part in ensuring customers feel cared for, supported, and excited about living a healthier lifestyle through MP4U. This position is ideal for someone who loves helping people, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media DMs, and our MP4U app chat
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions through our CRM and order management systems
  • Assist customers with menu questions, order placement, subscription setup, account adjustments, and general troubleshooting
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience—such as recommending meal plans, subscription options, or seasonal products
  • Track and report common customer feedback to help improve operations, menu development, and overall service quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams (kitchen, delivery, marketing) to resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
  • Uphold excellent phone and messaging etiquette to build trust and strong long-term customer relationships
  • Contribute to maintaining MP4U's reputation for supportive, high-touch customer service

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong data entry accuracy and comfort using CRM or order-management systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in food service, fitness, or e-commerce
  • Confidence in recommending products or services that support the customer's needs (upselling/cross-selling)
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-first mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37,663.36-$68,808.61 per year
