My client is looking for a results driven Internal Sales Executive to join their team in their Chelmsford Office. The right candidate will be an experienced sales-person, account manager or coordinator who has worked previously for a UK based Freight Forwarder, having a background in Sea, Road and or Air freight. Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:30am-5:00pm Package Benefits: 20 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays (Increasing with service to 25 days) Annual salary reviews. Company Pension scheme. Key Responsibilities: To develop and maintain e?ective business relationships with new and existing clients, offering excellent customer service. To generate and follow up sales leads, liaising with new and existing customers to obtain new business at reasonable pro?t. Bring on new Freight business and liaise with the operations team. Be up-to-date on current developments in the market and information on competitors. Requirements: Freight Forwarding Sales/Account Management Experience. Import and/or Export Sea Freight experience. Knowledge and experience with Air and Road freight would be beneficial. Experience working for a UK based freight forwarding company. Ability to bring business would be advantageous.
