About
? Drive sales volume, revenue, and profitability across all locations ? Build and execute high-performance sales strategies ? Lead, coach, and develop a large sales team to exceed KPIs ? Oversee stock turn, presentation, and aged inventory management ? Maximise finance penetration and value-added products ? Analyse key KPIs and performance data to drive decisions ? Ensure exceptional customer journey and strong retention ? Implement CRM processes and digital sales tools for efficiency ? Work closely with senior leadership to shape ongoing growth plans Requirements
To be considered, you must have: ?? 5+ years experience in a senior automotive sales leadership role ?? Proven background in high-volume dealership or car supermarket environments ?? Demonstrable success hitting and exceeding sales and profitability targets ?? Exceptional leadership and people management skills ?? Strong commercial awareness with a data-driven approach ?? Understanding of the used car market and customer behaviours ?? Confidence using CRM, KPIs, and lead-management systems Key Performance Areas
