- Develop, execute and measure web, search, PPC, email marketing, social media, direct response, and digital ad activities
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan and execute marketing and communications requests and projects
- Support the gathering of insights and information, as well as the planning and execution of strategic marketing plans that support brand awareness, demand, engagement, and retention
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, internally and externally
- Develop, execute and manage ongoing social media presence and engagement, across all channels. Frequently monitor channels for response, amplify content, and engage with influencers/groups to raise Kerry's Place profile
- Create and/or contribute to creating compelling content and design for marketing campaigns across all channels and mediums
- Plan, coordinate, execute and maintain effectiveness of regular blogs posts, website updates, e-newsletters, calendars, landing pages, forms, and feedback
- Identify and implement recommendations for SEO and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns
- Support the development and implementation of marketing and communications related projects and activities, as needed
- Measure, analyze and report on performance of digital marketing channels and campaigns, providing insights to help shape future marketing strategies
- Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing performance and spend, and implement recommendations as necessary
- Identify and evaluate conversion and drop-off points in the customer journey and improve user experience across marketing-related channels and funnels
- Manage inventory of print materials and promotional items, supporting regional offices and events with timely deliverables
- Organize and effectively maintain a library of images, content and forms across platforms and mediums
- Manage marketing database, ensuring data is clean and useable, and use of data complies with privacy laws
- Collaborate closely with agencies and other vendors/partners
- Other duties as assigned
- Diploma or degree, or equivalent certifications, in marketing or communications
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in digital marketing
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies with demonstrated success managing social media, search, email marketing, paid advertising, content development and databases. This includes experience creating and optimizing campaigns, landing pages and user funnels
- Experience pulling, analyzing and summarizing data in a useful, insight-driven format
- Creative and analytical with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools, including WordPress, Constant Contact, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Canva, Sprout Social, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X)
- Experience in the Autism or Developmental Services sector is an asset
- Strong customer-focus and commercial awareness
- French language is an asset
- A valid Driver's License, with a minimum G2 and access to a reliable vehicle is required
