With a strong reputation and growing customer base, we’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help drive business development and strengthen our brand presence. The Role
As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in growing the business. You’ll support both sales and marketing activity — from identifying new opportunities and building client relationships, to delivering engaging campaigns that promote our products across multiple channels. Promote and sell our product range based on customer needs Respond to calls and emails, providing quotes, specs, and excellent service Generate new leads and strengthen existing client relationships Maintain CRM systems and keep accurate records of interactions Marketing Support
Assist with marketing campaigns and customer communications, especially via digital and social media Create fresh, engaging content for emails, social platforms, and publications Write clear, SEO-friendly content for websites, brochures, and other channels Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos, including product shoots Provide ad hoc support to the sales team with marketing tasks Prepare and distribute brochures, flyers, product samples, and marketing materials What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive, creative, and organised individual who’s passionate about sales, marketing, and building client relationships. Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or marketing (B2B is an advantage) Confident using IT systems; design skills (Canva or similar) are a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks Knowledge of the construction industry is helpful but not essential Full UK driving licence What We Offer
