*Position Overview:* ILSI Engineering is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in New Orleans. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical design and construction management experience who is passionate about infrastructure development and community impact. *Key Responsibilities*
- Lead and support civil engineering projects including roadway, drainage, water, and sewer design.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for technical design and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with New Orleans DPW and SWB specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage project schedules and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the Technical Division.
*Qualifications*
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Louisiana for *10 Years Required*
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering *10 Years Required*
- Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience
- Prior experience with DPW and SWB projects- Preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D - *Required*
- Experience with MicroStation and Open Roads - Plus
- Strong decision-making and team collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
