About Us:
Harbour Hills Construction Management Inc is an established construction company launching a new property management division, and we're looking for a dependable and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (Weekly on Wednesday and Friday). This role will perform reception duties and the administrative needs of a growing property management business as well as support accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Support scheduling and booking needs related to property management.
- Perform accurate data entry of invoices and maintain filing systems.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoice tracking and expense recording.
- Provide general administrative support to the property management team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in reception, office administration, or bookkeeping.
- Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting or property management software is an asset.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
- Bookkeeping experience in construction or property management is a strong advantage.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Wednesday and Friday per week (flexible scheduling available). Possibility of 3 days per week.
