Paonia Care and Rehab is a long-term care facility in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, right at the foot of Lamborn Mountain. With our location being a quick 30-45 mintues to Powerhorn Ski Resort. It is our goal to acquire a Physical Therapist that has the ability to work as a team with other employees and treat our residents like a part of their own family.

*Physical Therapist*
*Status:* Full-Time & Part-Time, PRN Available
*Pay*: Starting at $51.28/hr – Depending on experience
*What You’ll Do:*
* Address patients' aspects of performance to support engagement in occupations that affect health, well-being and life quality
* Select and adapt the appropriate per case physical therapy treatment model, method and approach to direct the process of interventions
* Apply interventions to maximize safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL) and to improve functional mobility for our residents.
* Educate residents on new ways of approaching tasks, adaptations and therapeutic exercises to enhance overall level of function and quality of life.
