Role:

As a Senior Software Developer at HrFlow.ai, your mission is to lead and shape the development of robust and scalable software solutions using Python. You will play a central role in collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and maintaining our high standards of code quality.

What you will be doing:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable software solutions using Python.
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and refine software requirements.
• Leading and mentoring junior developers, providing guidance and expertise in Python development.
• Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and other technical challenges.
• Staying updated with the latest developments in Python and related technologies.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues in production and providing timely solutions.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer with a focus on Python development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including familiarity with Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) and libraries.
• Experience with database design and SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git) and code reviews.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

About You - Bonus:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
