We are looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer with extensive experience in React to join our growing team. They will be responsible for leading the development of xDM Frontend applications, ensuring that this product meets high standards of quality and usability. What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain our React-based web applications
Develop high-quality, maintainable code for frontend applications using React and related technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, backend engineers) to deliver exceptional user experiences
Mentor and guide other developers on the team, helping them to improve their skills and deliver high-quality code
Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of our applications
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development, and apply them to our applications as appropriate
Actively improve tooling, stack and code base quality
Develop and enforce security & quality standards through automation and code reviews
You have 10+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering, with a focus on React
You are an expert in modern web development technologies (HTML/CSS/JS, RESTful APIs) and associated testing frameworks (Jest, Storybook)
You are creative and keen to explore new technologies
You have strong leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor others
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment
You are fluent in English and French
