About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist focused on Conversational AI to design and optimize intelligent, scalable chatbot systems. You’ll work across data science, engineering, and product teams to build high-quality AI experiences, applying your expertise in prompt engineering, LLM integration, and conversation design.
Responsibilities:
Design multi-turn AI conversation flows and modular chatbot logic Manage dialogue state, intent recognition, and entity extraction Integrate LLMs like GPT, Claude, Gemini, or LLaMA into production systems Collaborate with engineers to connect bots to APIs, CRMs, and enterprise systems Optimize conversation quality through testing, analytics, and iterative improvements Document conversation logic and decision workflows for scalability Partner with product teams to align conversational UX with business goals
Skills & Experience:
Conversational AI and LLM-based systems expertise Prompt engineering and ML techniques for dialogue management Frameworks like LangChain, Rasa, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex Strong collaboration and system thinking skills Bonus: voice-enabled AI, vector databases/RAG, knowledge graphs, healthcare experience
