Responsibilities:

1. Drive, monitor, and follow up on merchandising activities with a business and solution-oriented approach.
2. Support and grow the team of Merchandising Interns (up to 8 people), ensuring success in their tasks and focusing on their professional development.
3. Ensure store teams are provided with and using all relevant VM guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Proven luxury retail experience required (3 to 5 years) with previous experience in Retail Merchandising.
2. Time management and good communication skills.
3. Proactivity, flexibility (including overtime, night shifts, and weekends), and initiative are essential.
4. Fluent in French and English.

Offering:

1. Salary up to €45k depending on experience.
2. Bonus and incentive.
