IT Support & System Administrator

Here is the opportunity to actively contribute and get responsibilities in a fast-growing multidisciplinary IT service company based in Geneva. Together with a Senior System Administrator, you contribute to the maintenance of customers' IT infrastructure as:

IT Support & System Administrator

1. Supporting customers in a smart and effective way
2. Operating distributed, highly available and highly secured cloud/hybrid/on-premises IT environments, with production constraints, enforcing best practices and applicable standards
3. Participating in a wide variety of challenging IT projects along with your colleagues

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Engineering degree in Information System, Computer Science or equivalent university degree
2. Min. 3 years of experience as IT Support technician L2 / System Administrator
3. Experience in IT Service company, accompanying multiple clients from different industries
4. Very good knowledge of AD, Exchange, File/Print, SQL Server, IIS, NPS, PKI, Microsoft 365
5. Windows 365, Azure IaaS/PaaS/SaaS services
6. Good knowledge on infrastructure solutions: backup, antispam, monitoring
7. Good knowledge on automation solutions: MECM/Intune, PowerShell
8. Knowledge on application packaging
9. Knowledge on virtualization solutions (VMWare, Citrix)
10. Knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN, wired/wireless), reverse-proxy, security solutions (Firewall)
11. Very good command of English and French
