About the Role:
As a Dental Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients — creating a welcoming experience and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our front office. You'll play an integral role in managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the practice and supporting both patients and clinical staff.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage the front desk with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and confirm appointments, optimizing the provider's schedule
- Process patient intake, insurance verification, and treatment estimates
- Handle patient billing, payments, and reconcile daily transactions
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and financial options
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure privacy compliance
- Collaborate with the clinical and management teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and courteously
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of dental administrative experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of Paradigm dental software is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
