You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, and Rehab Assistants, working collaboratively to deliver evidence-based, goal-oriented care.

Qualifications

  • Registered and in good standing
  • Valid professional liability insurance
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Compassionate, organized, and results-driven
  • Experience with WorkSafeBC, ICBC, or private rehab clients an asset

Core Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized rehabilitation programs
  • Conduct ergonomic, home, and functional assessments as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on return-to-work and functional restoration programs
  • Educate clients on adaptive techniques, equipment use, and injury prevention
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress effectively

  • WorkSafeBC, ICBC, or private rehab clients: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Professional Liability Insurance (required)
