Sales Account Manager Location: Market Harborough Job Type: Full-time, On-site Salary: Up to £27,000 basic (OTE £50,000+) About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join a growing company. This role involves building strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing: * Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals. * Proactively reaching out to businesses to offer relevant solutions. * Maintaining and developing client relationships through excellent service. * Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment. * Analysing data to provide informed recommendations. What We’re Looking For: * Minimum 12 months of outbound telesales experience. * Strong sales and negotiation skills with a consultative approach. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Self-motivated with a drive to hit and exceed targets. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to multitask effectively.
