Sales Account Manager Location: Market Harborough Job Type: Full-time, On-site Salary: Up to £27,000 basic (OTE £50,000+)

About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join a growing company. This role involves building strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.

  • Proactively reaching out to businesses to offer relevant solutions.

  • Maintaining and developing client relationships through excellent service.

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analysing data to provide informed recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 12 months of outbound telesales experience.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Self-motivated with a drive to hit and exceed targets.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to multitask effectively.
