Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain. Your expertise will be crucial in providing effective treatment and improving the quality of life for our patients. Duties: - Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans - Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion - Utilize manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and promote healing - Educate patients on proper body mechanics and exercises for at-home care - Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans Skills: - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Experience in acute care settings, working with patients of all ages including pediatrics - Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans - Skilled in therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques - Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team If you are a dedicated Physical Therapist with a passion for helping others regain their mobility and improve their quality of life, we encourage you to apply.
