- As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the conception, execution, monitoring, and continuous optimization of our affiliate marketing activities.
- Your main tasks include researching, approaching, and onboarding new affiliate partners, as well as actively managing and strategically enhancing existing partnerships.
- You will support us strategically by developing sustainable affiliate marketing strategies and operationally by implementing and further expanding our technical infrastructure.
- Furthermore, you will regularly create data-driven analyses, reports, and presentations, deriving concrete recommendations for optimizing our campaigns.
- Continuous market observation, identifying relevant trends, and uncovering new growth opportunities in affiliate marketing also form part of your responsibilities.
- Your role will be rounded off by continuously optimizing and developing internal workflows and processes.
- You have at least 2 years of solid experience in marketing and campaign management, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- You possess fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities, as well as excellent project and time management skills, are among your key strengths.
- You have a data-driven, analytical mindset with a solid understanding of marketing KPIs and tracking.
- You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and are always ready to take on new challenges.
