Vacancy
Who you are
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the Swiss IT or telecom industry.
- Fluent in German (C1/C2) and Swiss German (ideally at least some understanding/knowledge); English at C1 level; French is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CISCO, Nokia, or Huawei certifications are advantageous.
- Background in IT or telecom, preferably with experience working for service providers.
- Strong understanding of the Swiss market, particularly with SME clients.
- Proven ability to listen to client needs and develop tailored solutions creatively.
- Sociable, flexible, and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset.
Your tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to propose customized network solutions.
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions, even outside the standard offerings.
- Represent the company in the Swiss-German region, attending on-site client meetings.
- Drive business development initiatives, especially within Swiss telecom, IT, and industrial sectors.
- Engage in continuous client feedback to refine and expand service offerings in collaboration with partners like CISCO and Nokia.
