Who you are
- Experience in IT project management
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall), and best practices
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering IT projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Your tasks
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders
