Vacancy
Who you are
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with a focus on ETL development and Data Vault methodology.
- Strong proficiency in designing and implementing complex ETL processes using industry-standard tools such as Informatica, SSIS, or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Data Vault modeling and architecture.
- Expertise in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
- Experience working with cloud-based data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse Analytics).
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of data engineers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
Your tasks
- Design, develop, and implement scalable ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
- Utilize your expertise in Data Vault methodology to design and implement efficient and flexible data models that support our business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior members of the data engineering team, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Implement and maintain data governance and quality standards to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of our data assets.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of our data architecture.
