Service Desk Manager

About the company

The hiring company is an SME specializing in the development of solutions for the IS users of a public administration. Due to their activity, they are looking for a Service Desk Manager to join their team based in Delémont, Switzerland. The salary range for this position is CHF80-105K/year.

Your tasks

  • You will be joining a team that is well advanced in agility (scrum)
  • Be in charge of the ServcieDesk within the State IT Service (SDI)
  • Ensure the organization of the single point of contact (SPOC) of the administration's user support
  • Ensure traceability, completeness, accuracy and follow-up of tickets
  • Coordination of patch delivery and part of the maintenance activities with customers
  • Active participation in the quality assurance
  • Processing requests, level 1 and 2 support, Troubleshooting
  • Your profile

  • HES, ETH or equivalent degree
  • Fluency in French and a good understanding in English
  • High interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong customer service and quality orientation
  • Management experience
