Who you are
- HES, ETH or equivalent degree
- Fluency in French and a good understanding in English
- High interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong customer service and quality orientation
- Management experience
Your tasks
- You will be joining a team that is well advanced in agility (scrum)
- Be in charge of the ServcieDesk within the State IT Service (SDI)
- Ensure the organization of the single point of contact (SPOC) of the administration's user support
- Ensure traceability, completeness, accuracy and follow-up of tickets
- Coordination of patch delivery and part of the maintenance activities with customers
- Active participation in the quality assurance
- Processing requests, level 1 and 2 support, Troubleshooting
