Wat ga je doen?
- Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de salarisverwerking van onze klanten.
- Wanneer de klant hulp nodig heeft met onze HR- en payroll-app NMBRS, help je diegene daar natuurlijk mee; ook proactief.
- Door scherpe vragen te stellen, ontdek je waar de klant behoefte aan heeft.
- Die behoefte vertaal je vervolgens naar een optimale dienstverlening.

Als (junior) payroll professional pas je perfect in ons team , wanneer je:
- in het bezit bent van een praktijkdiploma loonadministratie (PDL) of bereid deze te gaan halen;
- Starter in de Loonadministratie of je hebt al ervaring opgedaan als salarisadministrateur;
- klantgericht en proactief bent;
- een scherp oog hebt en kansen ziet om onze dienstverlening te optimaliseren;
- communicatief vaardig bent, zowel richting klanten als binnen ons eigen team;
- kennis hebt van NMBRS; dat is een pre.
