We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our fast-growing company at a breakthrough stage - building our dream team with the most passionate and professional people in the industry.This is a US-based position, joining a global DevOps team primarily based in Israel. We’re looking for someonehighly independent, adaptable, and proactive - a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can collaborate effectively across time zones. What You’ll Be Doing:
Champion a DevOps mindset: Identify friction points and implement scalable automation to improve reliability, delivery speed, and developer experience.
Operate and optimize production environments: Use infrastructure as code and modern observability tools to ensure performance and reliability.
Empower development teams: Build intuitive internal tools and foster a culture of self-service within R&D.
Lead deployments end-to-end: From architecture to implementation, manage deployments across multiple regions and environments.
Collaborate globally: Work closely with an Israel-based DevOps team, maintaining strong communication and ownership despite time zone differences.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience: 4+ years as a DevOps, SRE, or Production Engineer.
Public cloud expertise: Hands-on experience with production workloads on GCP or AWS.
Microservices & containerization: Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
CI/CD pipelines: Deep familiarity with systems like GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Argo Rollouts.
Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, or similar tools.
Automation & scripting: Skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
Observability: Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and VictoriaMetrics.
Independence & flexibility: Comfortable working autonomously, managing priorities, and adjusting to evolving collaboration patterns across time zones.
Team mindset: Collaborative, curious, and technically driven - able to contribute meaningfully to a distributed, high-performing team.
