Dit ga je doenAls Senior Manager FP&A Nederland ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van de financial planning en performance management agenda voor Aon Nederland. Je treedt op als strategisch finance business partner voor het Country Leadership Team en EMEA Finance stakeholders. Je bent eigenaar van de volledige planningcyclus (budget, forecasts en longrange plan) en levert vooruitkijkende analyses die bijdragen aan winstgevende groei en kapitaalefficinte besluitvorming. Je stuurt een highperforming FP&Ateam aan en zorgt dat Aons globale financestandaarden en beleid effectief worden toegepast binnen de Nederlandse organisatie.

Je maakt onderdeel uit van het Finance Leadership Team van Aon Nederland en werkt vanuit Rotterdam, met een internationaal team verdeeld over Nederland en Polen (Krakow). Het FP&Ateam bestaat uit senior en junior business controllers en analysts en speelt een sleutelrol in het sturen van commercile performance, strategische besluitvorming en financile governance. Je rapporteert direct aan de CFO Benelux en werkt intensief samen met de Country CEO en het Nederlandse managementteam.
Dit ben jijJe bent een ervaren, integere en nieuwsgierige finance professional die moeiteloos schakelt tussen strategie en operatie. Je durft vragen te stellen, kunt constructief challengen en weet complexe financile informatie helder en overtuigend over te brengen aan senior stakeholders. Je voelt je comfortabel in een internationale matrixorganisatie en haalt energie uit het ontwikkelen van mensen en teams.
Daarnaast beschik je over het volgende:- Een afgeronde masteropleiding in Finance, Accounting, Economie of Bedrijfskunde
- 10+ jaar ervaring in finance, met sterke exposure aan FP&A binnen een internationale organisatie
- Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
