Are you looking for a full-time role where you will be fully trained and guided on excellence in customer service and Unified Communications?
*What do we do?*
Xelion develops a software driven communications platform for SME businesses, customers access our service via Desktop & Mobile apps alongside traditional telephony hardware. We sell our platform via our wholesale partners to business customers.
*What are we looking for?*
We are looking for individuals who are keen to learn new skills in VOIP/Unified Comms technology. A big focus will be on great customer service, business communication and the telecoms industry in general. This is a great role for individuals looking for there first full time role after college/university or someone looking to break in to the communications sector.
If you have strong computing / I.T. knowledge and the willingness to learn this could be the role for you!
*What does this involve?*
Over a six month period we will train you on the following…
· Amazing Customer Service
· Technical Support for Xelion
· The UK telecoms and Communication Sector
· Introduction to Channel Sales
You will be based at our offices in Derby city centre with some traveling to visit customers and go to events. You will report to the UK directors.

We are a software company founded in the Netherlands with offices in Delft, Derby and Hamburg. We are recognised as one of the most reliable and well supported platforms our industry. Our UK team is run by two industry veterans that will guide and support our new starters.
*What do we ask of you?*
Curiosity and eagerness to learn, a willingness to immerse yourself in our product and team.
Be Customer-friendly and service-oriented, the relationship with our partners is the most important element of our business.
*Education and experience*
GCSE's in Math's, English and IT preferred.
