Job Summary
Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale enterprise IT projects, including implementations, change initiatives, and business transformation programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience managing projects impacting 1,000 5,000+ users.
Candidates with direct EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) implementation experience are preferred; however, candidates with strong COTS implementations, enterprise-wide projects, and Change Management experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage medium to large-scale IT projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
Manage enterprise-level projects impacting 1K 5K users across business and technology teams.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
Drive project execution while ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Lead communication, status reporting, executive presentations, and stakeholder meetings.
Manage organizational change activities to support successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Support implementation of enterprise applications and COTS solutions.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
Experience managing medium to large-scale IT projects
Experience delivering projects impacting 1,000 5,000 users
Strong Change Management experience
Experience managing enterprise-wide implementations and transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Excellent presentation and reporting abilities
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) systems implementation
Knowledge of EHS processes, platforms, or compliance-related applications
Chemical industry experience
Experience managing COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) implementations
Experience with large enterprise application rollouts
Soft Skills

Strong presentation skills with executive-level audiences
Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Problem-solving and analytical mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
