Location: Remote
What's the Job?
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
Apply project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid to drive project success.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project scope, schedule, and budget, and mitigate risks effectively.
Communicate project status, issues, and solutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 7 years of experience leading or facilitating IT projects in application development, infrastructure, or related areas.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience managing projects involving user migrations, system implementations, or organizational change.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planview, or similar.
