Project Quantity Surveyor Mixed-Use Residential & Commercial Project (Site-Based) Tallaght, Dublin | Permanent | Salary Negotiable DOE Our client, a well-established and growing main contractor, is seeking aProject Quantity Surveyor to join their site-based commercial team on a major mixed-use residential and commercial development in Tallaght, Dublin.

The Role As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of the project, with responsibilities including: Procurement and subcontractor management Cost control and budgeting Interim valuations and payment applications Commercial reporting Supporting the successful financial delivery of the project About You Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Approximately 35 years' experience working on residential, mixed-use or commercial construction projects Strong measurement and cost reporting skills (experience with CostX or similar software is advantageous) Comfortable working in a site-based, fast-paced construction environment Strong communication and organisational skills What's on Offer Permanent position with a respected and expanding main contractor Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience Long-term pipeline of xyswxtq residential and mixed-use projects Supportive working environment with excellent career progression opportunities Opportunity to work on a high-profile development with an experienced project team If you're a Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career and work on a significant mixed-use development, we'd love to hear from you.
