Ihre Aufgaben
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten an der Telefonzentrale in einem kleinen Team
- individuelle Bearbeitung verschiedener Gästeanliegen am Telefon, per Mail oder per mobile Chat
- Betreuung der Gäste am Businesscenter
- Weiterleitung entsprechender Anliegen an die passende Abteilung als "Herz des Hauses"
- Anfallende Gäste Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch
- Pflege von hotelinternen Systemen und Programmen
- Pflege unserer Guest Experience Platform
- Annahme und Buchung von Roomservice-Bestellungen
- Gäste Anfragen bearbeiten in Zusammenarbeit mit Empfang und Concierge
Ihr Profil
- EDV Kenntnisse
- Fliessendes Beherrschen von Englisch und Deutsch
